First formed in 1991, the band has endured many a challenge including a move from Adelaide to Sydney, numerous line-up changes and the occasional challenge from rival OZ Music outfits. 
Yet after more than 15 years, Australian Played is still the Original OZ Music Tribute.

The bands' current line-up was first formed in December '99 and has remained for the most, unchanged with the exceptions of Michael on lead guitar and Jodee adding extra lead & backing vocals to our already proven line up.

When you book Australian Played, you get Australian Played! We will never accept a booking in the knowledge that even one our members is unavailable to play on that date and hire a "fill in" player, just to get the gig.
This ensures that what you pay for is what you get, Sydneys' Original OZ Music Tribute. After all, there's no substitute for Quality!

Despite an ever changing trend in music styles & genres, Australian music still remains a favourite even among the younger crowds.

Our aim is to perform the best Aussie hits as near as possible to the original, just the way our audiences remember them.  If we can’t do a song the justice it deserves, we just won’t play it. 

You won’t see any artist send ups or crazy gimmicks!  What you’ll see and hear is your favourite Aussie anthems played just the way you remember them by some of Sydney’s, perhaps Australia’s’ finest and most experienced musicians.
