Stairway” consists of Tyson F and Shakedaddy, two highly talented, dedicated, passionate and experienced musicians. Both individuals share a deep love for music, so much so, that despite successfully graduating from University and obtaining Degrees in Human Resource Management, Hospitality and Health Science, their chosen full time profession is, and always will be Music.

Tyson and Shake have known each other since 1994, and over the last 12 years they have performed in a number of Cover and Original Bands. However, due to the success and demand of Tyson’s and Shakedaddy’s Duo Acts, together they decided to reduce their amount of side projects, and focus solely on their latest and most successful formation, Stairway.

The band consists of two individuals who refuse to use any synthesised sounds or artificial backing tracks, however don’t be fooled by its size, and never underestimate the power of their performance.

The band successfully combines one smooth guitarist and uniquely powerful vocalist, one highly dynamic percussionist and complementing soothing vocalist, some fancy lights, a state of the art PA system and only the highest quality musical equipment.

Tyson and Shakedaddy thoroughly enjoy entertaining people, focus on connecting and involving their audience and have the ability to rock out, or be laid back, ensuring they can fulfil any crowds’ needs.

In addition, Tyson and Shakedaddy pride themselves on having a huge cover song catalogue, enjoy adding their own personal original touches, and are committed to learning the newsiest songs continually.
