Bluey - Booking  Details
Alan Casey Entertainment Agency is not the Managing Agency for Bluey
We act as a independent agency to organize appearances where possible 






 

We are unable to hold a Booking for Bluey date past 48 hours 2 days
Bluey requires a 50% deposit with 7 days of confirmation
Final Payment to be made 10 Days prior to booking date
Bluey reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time should there be a breach of terms

Bluey team require the following
Detail Event Plan
Risk Assessment Plan
Security Plan
Proof of Public Liability
Any additional documents as requested

Confirmation of Bookings must be in writing










Marketing Plan - Approvals

1)  Email a overview of your Marketing and Promotional Plan for the Event
Allow 5 Business days for Bluey Team to review and feedback

2)  Please make requested changes and re-supply adjusted plans

3)  Please email any artwork that will be used to support the activity
Allow 5 Business days for Bluey Team to review and feedback

4)   Final Approval   - After completing any amendments
Please email all assets for final approval
Again allow 5 Business days for Bluey Team to review and feedback
